Introduce

 Boiler model KS – MW water tube type, standing. Used to produce fast saturated steam because of the small amount of water, the fuel combines with the air and burns inside the combustion chamber to create a high-temperature combustion product (smoke), after moving out of the furnace pipe is pass 1. , smoke continues to move outside the pipe through the wing wall through pass 2 and pass 3 to transfer heat to the water to generate steam to supply the whole system, the smoke reduces the temperature and then enters the chimney to discharge combustion products to the environment. In addition, the KS-MW boiler has a compact installation area and a very large lifespan compared to coal, biomas and biomass fuel furnaces, etc. Pressure is from 10-15 bar, efficiency high>90%, the maximum capacity of 3 tons/h is chosen by many factories.

Furnace body

 Steam ball, water ballon use heat-resistant steel A515 – Gr.70, A516 – Gr.70 according to American standards.

Water pipes use cast steel pipes according to ASTM A106 Gr.B according to European standards. Arranged in groups to increase heat exchange efficiency.

 The top cap of the 2 ballons has a manhole for easy cleaning and maintenance during use.

 The boiler body is covered with Rockwool insulation with a density of 120kg/m3, and the outside is covered with 304 stainless steel.

Main equipment included

 Water heater: Take advantage of the heat of high-temperature flue gas to heat the feed water before supplying it to the boiler to increase steam generation speed, save fuel, and improve boiler efficiency.

 Electrical control cabinet : PLC, HMI and SCADA control devices (on request) have the function of receiving fault of boiler control devices. In addition, it also warns the boiler operator that it is time for routine maintenance. The electrical equipment in the electrical cabinet uses Europe and Japan.

 Water pump cluster : Including two pumps from G7 countries, the pump is run alternately to avoid overcapacity or damage. Large capacity furnaces are equipped with an inverter to control the pump to avoid power consumption and reduce pump life.

 Water treatment system : The boiler system is equipped with a water softening system, which improves steam quality, reduces blowdown time and deposits inside the boiler, and increases boiler life. In addition, the company’s large capacity furnaces are equipped with a degassing tank, to remove oxygen insoluble in water before supplying it to the boiler.

 Burner : In the KS-HB boiler, burners of Oil/Gas are used from: Weishaut, Riello, Olympia of Germany, Italy and Japan. The noise of the boiler is less than 85dB, 2m from the furnace house. This type of furnace has a horizontal burner to increase equipment life.

 Exhaust smoke treatment system: KS-HB furnace system is installed with an exhaust smoke treatment system to achieve exhaust gas quality according to QCVN 19:2009/BTNMT standard of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Application

Horizontal industrial boiler is widely used for different industries: textile factory, food and beverage factory, chemical factory, paper factory, plastic factory, garment factory, crystal oil processing, shoe making factory, printing factory, school, hotel, swimming pool, laundry, pharmaceutical, medical, greenhouse, farm, etc….

Quality

 Calculation & design: According to ASME, EC, AS standards.

 Manufacturing process: According to TCVN (TCVN 7704 – 2007; TCVN 6413 – 1998; TCVN 8366 – 2010)

Input materials with full CO and CQ certificates are tested before use. Welds are welded by automatic welding machine, non-destructive testing, ultrasonic and magnetic testing, penetration testing. Fully pressure tested, test pressure is equal to 1.5 times design pressure.

Hydrostatic test will be carried out for strength test and boiler body sealing test. The test pressure is 1.5 times the design pressure. The testing process is under the direction of experts of the pressure equipment testing center. Test results serve as the basis for issuing inspection dossiers for boilers.
